Either I have a defective unit or the whole update flow of the new model is broken. But as there is no official way to reach out to the company, maybe someone manages to find out how to update the firmware. I do have the new version (WHITE BOX - RCMloader ONE Plus) and the device Hardward ID says I'm on Firmware 2.01 which fits as the update is 2.02.
DO I need to do that too on blank SD card or RCML One I'm not up to date on new things on Switch. So the tool doesn't see any device and I can'T get it to update. I bought RCMloader ONE I was looking at do I have to set them up I have no idea about some of the SD card. There are also no "alternating LED Lights from green to blue". I can't get the RCM Loader into Upgrade mode though, it is not regonized if I hold the + Key and plug it in.
